Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

Every LHV piece is produced specifically for you after your order is placed.

Because every piece is made intentionally for you, all sales are considered final.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for:

• Incorrect size selected at checkout
• Change of mind or personal preference
• Buyer's remorse

Please review product descriptions, measurements, and sizing information carefully before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact customerservice@wearlhv.com within 30 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the problem

We review every claim individually. Items verified as damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled may qualify for a replacement.

Claims submitted more than 30 days after delivery cannot be processed.

Incorrect Addresses & Returned Packages

Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout or because it was unclaimed by the recipient, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
