Every LHV piece is made after your order is placed. Please allow 5–7 business days for production before your order ships.

Once shipped, estimated delivery is typically 2–5 business days via USPS, depending on carrier movement, location, weather, holidays, and other delivery factors outside of our control.

Because each piece is produced specifically for your order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production begins. Please review your size, color, and shipping details carefully before placing your order.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact customerservice@wearlhv.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Each claim is reviewed individually for an appropriate resolution based on the issue and order details.
